Drawing at Rocky Hill Tambelin is an independent primary school centrally located in a quiet residential setting in the heart of Goulburn.

The school caters for primary age children and is modelled on a small school with a maximum enrolment of 32.

We believe children thrive in a secure, friendly environment where children of all ages learn, interact and play together.

Tambelin runs two multi-age learning groups – Kindergarten to Year 2 and Year 3 to Year 6.

The limited enrolment at Tambelin keeps our learning environment child focused and flexible, with a generous teacher to student ratio.

What is an Independent School?

Tambelin was established at the end of 1978 by lecturers from the former Goulburn Teachers College, local families and friends.
